from real ingredients.  All meals are made

from scratch, using fresh produce, dairy,

meats and seafood. 

Dinner Parties and Catered Meals

Anytime   you   would   like   to   entertain   in   the   comfort   of   your   own home    but    don't    want    to    be    stuck    in    the    kitchen,    Chef    Bill’s Personal   Home   Cuisine   is   your   answer!   Chef   Bill   will   work   with   to customize   a   menu   and   budget   for   your   event.   We   will   discuss   the planning   leading   up   to   the   event   date,   your   table   arrangement, service   style   (reception,   sit   down   or   buffet),   event   theme   and   any
topics    to    make    your    dinner    party    shine!    For    special    events,    I charge     an     hourly     rate,     which     includes:     consulting,     menu planning,   shopping   for   your   groceries*,   food   preparation,   serving, and   clean   up.   Your   kitchen   or   event   space   will   be   left   clean   and tidy    with    all    trash    removed.    All    you    have    to    do    is    ENJOY    THE PARTY!   *The   menu   choices   selected   for   your   event   will   determine your grocery cost.

Chef   Bill’s   family   and   friends   have   always   convened   around   food.   Evening   meals were    family    events    time    to    talk    and    socialize.    Birthdays,    and    holidays    were occasions   to   create   food   that   was   even   more   spectacular   than   the   average   meal. They   experience   food   from   the   east   coast   to   the   west   coast,   having   family   with   a wide   range   taste   and   experiences   allows   them   to   experience   a   vast   array   of   flavors, from   the   fresh   salmon   of   Alaska,   to   lamb   of   Nevada,   to   southern   cuisine   of   the   east coast. Chef   Bill   is   a   graduate   of   the   International   Culinary   Schools   at   The   Art   Institute. Chef   Bill   has   experienced   a   wide   range   of   international   cuisines   including   cruise lines,   casinos,   resort   hotels,   from   creative   culinarians   and   on   the   job   training.   With twelve   years   and   growing   in   the   food   industry,   including   5   years   with   Centerplate Catering    at    the    Raleigh    Convention    Center,    The    Carolina    Inn,    Glass    Half    Full, Carolina Brewery, to name a few influential experiences.   In   2012   Chef   Bill   started   his   own   business   “Personal   Home   Cuisine”   concentrating on   events   and   Private   Catering.   July   2015   the   purchase   of   the   Custom   Mobil   Food Unit    ‘BreakFast    &    Beyond”    a    36-foot    mobile    Restaurant    without    seating    has allowed   him   to   bring   his   experience   to   customers   utilizing   local   farming   resources, fresh ingredients, and creative flavors for your dining pleasures. Supporting    Sustainable    Local    Farmers    and    food    made    from    scratch,    very    little processed   food,   and   the   best   ingredients   possible,   makes   the   food   we   consume not   only   good   for   the   communities,   environment,   and   your   health;   it   makes   a   huge difference   in   the   flavor,   color,   quality,   and   presentation   of   the   food.   Food   that   is grown,     raised,     and     prepared     in     a     healthy     environment     without     hormones, preservatives,    and    chemicals    means    you    are    not    eating    them    either    and    that makes all the difference.
